Who thought members of a Whatsapp group would put their resources together to shoot a film?
What looked almost impossible has been achieved by some top Kumawood moviemakers as they are done shooting their first movie titled Tomorrow. One Big Family, a WhatsApp group which houses some of the top Kumawood stars started planning for the movie months back and zionfelix.net is reliably informed that shoot is done for the first project. One Big Family we are told has actors, scriptwriters, directors, pastors, businessmen and other respected personalities from the local movie industry as its members.
The movie “Tomorrow” is about “a young lady who lived in a village with her fiance planning to get married and later met a rich young man from America who also expressed interest in her making the girl confused as to who to marry.”
The movie expected to be out soon and directed by Odame Douglas features some renowned actors like Mercy Asiedu, Christiana Awuni, Tracey Boakye, Ellen White, Louisa Adinkra, Frank Nero and many others.

One Big Family WhatsApp group was created by actress cum movie producer Tracey Boakye to help the Ghanaian movie industry.
