Ghanaian musician Kwaw Kese has bade farewell to former hiplife singer Theophilus Tagoe who was popularly known as Castro.

Castro disappeared seven years ago at Ada while jet skiing with one video vixen in the Ada Estuary.

Seven years after the disappearance of a person in Ghana, the courts are mandated to pronounce the person dead legally.

As the 7-year time frame for Castro elapses today, one of his friends, Kwaw Kese is bidding him farewell as he will be declared officially dead.

The two artistes have collaborated on a number of songs back in the days including “The World” and “Yenfa Odo Mbom”.
