Let’s Forget Politics And And Create Tourist Sites To Make Ghana The Dubai Of Africa – John dumelo To Ghanaians

John Dumelo

Popular actor John Dumelo has in a long piece sighted by zionfelix.net on his IG page made the emphatic statement that Ghana can someday be revered by many nations of the world and be a preferred destination of many tourists if leaders prioritize the improvement of tourist site rather than the constant concentration on politicization.

The award-winning actor and entrepreneur stated that he felt very happy during the last few days to the end of the year 2018 when he saw many event organizers put up shows which saw the country being very busy just like a Dubai or Maimi.

“I love what I saw in Ghana this December. Loads of visitors, events etc. For 10 days Ghana was like Miami or Dubai. Kudos to all the event organizers and musicians for outstanding shows. What we have to do now is to create more events and build more tourists attractions…” a portion of a post on his IG read.

He also used the post to suggest to the management of tourist sites and the tourism ministry to ensure that they improve on services at the current tourist sites and make sure that they build more of such great places to visitors coming back another time.

“What we have to do now is to create more events and build more tourists attractions. So you visit Ghana, you go to Kakum, Wli and Cape coast castle. What will make you come back again? Nothing! Like Dubai, they are constantly creating new things for visitors to come back. That’s what Ghana needs to do. We have the potential of being the Dubai of Africa. If we stay Focused, Dubai will become the Ghana of the Middle East. We can surpass Bali, Singapore, and Greece as the number one tourist destination…” he added.

He ended his post with the caution that people should make sure they do not read any form of political meanings into his post because he is a known member of the opposition Nation Democratic Congress (NDC).

“Let’s leave politics out of this debate for once and together let’s make Ghana a better place. God bless our homeland! #Ghana #weareblessed #itstimeforustoshine.”
