Delarios Frimpong Manso, popularly known as Delay, one of the ambassadors and a key speaker for this year’s iYes conference has told all ladies out there to make sure they strive for more because there is no harm in trying to get more for yourself as a woman in this modern world.

The TV presenter at the launch of the iYes Conference and iYes Foundation yesterday, January 16, 2019, stated that she is usually shocked when many Ghanaian women fill that they have achieved self-actualization when they have been able to build a two bedroom house, bought a Toyota Corolla, have a husband and two kids. According to her, women can do more for themselves than just these things.

Delay, who is also an entrepreneur, revealed that her first experience with the International Youth Empowerment Summit (iYes) last year (2018) has totally changed her life. She made the point that she attended the event last year with the hope that she will be empowered but after the event, a lot of doors have opened for her in the area of public speaking.

She disclosed that she had the privilege to speak at the Women CEO’s Summit, the Annual Women Conference, the Fordham University (New York), and a few other major events because of the iYes Conference.

This year’s iYes Conference will start in Kumasi at the KNUST on 15th – 16th March 2019 and end in Accra at the National Theater in August.
