In a surprising revelation that left fans and industry insiders astounded, Ghanaian screen goddess Nana Ama Mcbrown recently disclosed the reason behind her feature in Piesie Esther’s latest music video, “Mo.”

The revelation came during an episode of the popular Onua TV show, “Onua Showtime,” where Mcbrown spilled the beans on her decision to feature in the video without charging a dime.

What made this collaboration even more remarkable was the fact that it also featured other respected people in the industry, like fashion blogger Akosua Vee.

While speaking about why she decided to feature in the video without taking any money, the award-winning TV show host revealed that her decision was driven by a profound sense of gratitude and the desire to pay it forward.

Mcbrown revealed that she wanted to express her gratitude to Piesie Esther, who had stood by her side during a crucial moment in her career.

She reminisced about the time when Media General, her current workplace, organized a grand celebration for her after she transitioned from UTV. Piesie Esther played a pivotal role during this event, making it even more memorable.

Mcbrown disclosed that she had made a heartfelt call to Piesie Esther over the weekend, extending the invitation to collaborate on the music video. At the time, Piesie Esther was in Kumasi for a show, but without any hesitation, she accepted the invitation.

To everyone’s surprise, she was present at the Media General premises on Monday morning, ready to perform at Mcbrown’s unveiling on Monday, March 13, 2023.

By featuring in Piesie Esther’s music video without charging any fee, Mcbrown aimed to express her gratitude and honor the bond of friendship and support that had been formed between them.

In her revelation, Mcbrown also acknowledged another artist who had extended similar support to her during her career transition. Akwanoah Junior, a renowned musician, also played a crucial role in making her unveiling ceremony a memorable event.
