Ghanaian movie producer and director, Erasmus Osei Owusu, well known as Osewus, has threatened to take legal action against a jewel dealer over his trademark.
The popular Kumawood movie director bemoaned over how the yet-be-identified individual is using his brand name for a business.
Osewus in a post sighted by Zionfelix.net shared details of the jeweller and threatened to take legal action.

He further issued a disclaimer that his registered brand name ‘Osewus’ has no business with the jeweller.
“OSEWUS IS A REGISTERED BRAND, I’m showing this to my Law Practitioners. I do not own Osewus Enterprise Jewelry but the brand Osewus is legally my own. I am definitely showing this to my lawyer,” the renowned movie producer wrote.
The jeweller is yet to react to this.
