Ghanaian songstress, Wendy Shay has revealed how difficult it will be for her to survive without music.

She said in an interview on Kantanka TV that music is in her DNA—and she cannot survive without it.

The Rufftown Records artiste divulged she is from a family in which most of them are well endowed when it comes to music.

“Nana Ampadu is my grandfather from my father’s side and my grandfather on my father’s side was also a musician,” she revealed.

“My mother is a musician, my auntie whom I stayed with is also a musician and she was the one who taught me how to harmonize voice,” the ‘Uber Driver’ singer added.

Wendy Shay further stated that she developed an interest in music because of the people she looked up to when growing up.
