Multiple award-winning broadcast journalist, Nana Aba Anamoah has sparked a huge debate on social media after she stated in a tweet that Ghana’s Shirley Frimpong Manso producers great movies than America’s Tyler Perry.
For anybody, who is a crazy lover of anything movie like myself, this might sound pretty weird.
For records purposes, Tyler Perry produced the world-acclaimed movie ‘Acrimony’ and the TV series ‘The Haves And The Haves Not’.
Shirley on the other hand also produced the ‘Perfect Picture’, which recently saw a remark for the ‘Perfect Picture 10 years later’ and the popular TV series ‘Adams Apple’.

Nana Aba Anamoah in the tweet sighted by zionfelix.net wrote: “Shirley Frimpong Manso’s movies > Tyler Perry’s movies”
While we cannot challenge her assertions, anybody who sits down to analyze the movies from the two top producers should be able to make his/her own conclusions.
