Manager of GH One TV and media personality Nana Aba Anamoah has mocked some members of parliament for reporting to parliament at 4 AM instead of 10 AM.

In a shocking move, members of Parliament for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) arrived at parliament earlier today at dawn in order to sit at the right hand side of the speaker of parliament.

Their early arrival at the house at a time they should have been sleeping have cause several of them to doze off in the house as proceedings were going on – as the saying goes, “you can’t cheat nature”.

Pictures of the dozing MPs went viral on social media causing a stir. Nana Aba reacted to the situation and admonished them to take their work too seriously the same way they took today’s attendance seriously.

“You got to parliament at 4 a.m because of a particular seat. Use the same energy and commitment to attend to the issues that really matter in your constituency,” Nana Aba tweeted.
