Entertainment show host, Mike 2 of Adom FM has passionately spoken against gospel artiste Patience Nyarko’s video shot for her hit single, ‘Obi Nyani Me’.
The Adom entertainment show host last Saturday on his programme expressed gross disappointment in the video director and management of the songstress for releasing the video he described as ‘wack’ for public consumption. According to the radio presenter, the concept of the visuals does not depict the import of the gospel tune so he cannot fathom why management approved of the concept when it was presented to them.
To him, Mcwillies, the director did a bad job for the gospel musician and her team.
“The director is very dumb. So is Pateint Nyarko’s management team also dumb? You have recorded a very nice song and you shoot a bad video for it, who does that? The song talks about somebody being shocked by his blessings but the video portrays somebody who in his dream has been succesful only to wake up to realise that everythig he saw was not real. How does the two correlate?” angry Mike 2 opined on his show.
The song Obi Nyani Me which features Bro Sammy was released in 2017 and has been nominated for the gospel song of the year for the 2018 Ghana Music Awards.
