The ongoing social media feud between Ghanaian Tiktoker Kofi Pages and Prophet Azuga has captured the nation’s attention, culminating in a dramatic turn of events.

On Tuesday, September 12, 2023, the matter took a serious twist when Kofi Pages’ family decided to involve the traditional council, summoning Prophet Azuga before the Asantehemaa for cursing their son during their highly publicized dispute.

This bitter feud initially began a few weeks ago during a live TikTok session when Kofi Pages joined Prophet Azuga’s live stream. The exchange between them escalated rapidly, with Kofi Pages publicly accusing the self-proclaimed prophet of being a fake and launching a torrent of insults, accusing him of deceiving unsuspecting Ghanaians.

In response to the heated confrontation, Prophet Azuga, in a late-night livestream, uttered curses directed at Kofi Pages and his entire family, further intensifying the ongoing feud.

The curses, however, did not sit well with Kofi Pages’ family, who issued a stern threat to take the matter before Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu, the paramount chief of the Ashanti Kingdom.

True to their word, Kofi Pages’ family pressed forward with their intention and summoned Prophet Azuga before the Asantehemaa, in an attempt to find a resolution to the escalating conflict.

During the proceedings, both parties presented their sides of the story before the Asantehemaa, with Kofi Pages’ family providing evidence in the form of a video recording that captured the heated exchange between Azuga and their son before the curses were cast.

The chief at the palace also conducted a thorough interrogation of Kofi Pages’ family to understand the reasons behind their son’s actions.

Throughout the proceedings, Prophet Azuga stood silently, clutching a microphone, as he listened intently to the unfolding events. However, when it came time to address the accusations, he clarified his stance.

In a moment of humility, Prophet Azuga knelt down and formally apologized to the Asantehemaa and the assembled chiefs at the palace, as well as to his junior pastors, who stood by him throughout the proceedings.

After all this, social media mockery in the last few minutes has caused Prophet Azuka to come out with a fresh video to suggest that he never apologized to Kofi Pages or lost the case before the Asantehemaa either.

In the video he shared on his TikTok page, Prophet Azuga asserted that his apology was solely directed at Kofi Pages’ family, emphasizing that they should not have been included in the matter as they were not part of the original feud.

In addition, Prophet Azuga stressed that curses were strictly prohibited in the Asante kingdom, acknowledging his wrongdoing in that regard.
