Ghanaian rapper, Michael Owusu Addo, well known as Sarkodie, has apologized to his fans, patrons and followers who faced challenges to stream the ‘Black Love Virtual Concert’.

Due to heavy traffic on the streaming platform ceek.com, most fans were not having access to the site—and that forced the organizers to find alternative ways to stream it.

In a statement sighted by Zionfelix.net, Sarkodie and his team apologized for the technical challenges—and promised to make things better in subsequent events.

The statement called on fans who missed the event to monitor the social media handles of Sarkodie for an announcement on a date for a repeat of the virtual concert.

“The team truly apologizes for the technical challenges. Rest assured the next event will be bigger, better and more exciting. On behalf of Sarkodie and the entire Sarkcess Music Label, thank you very much,” part of the statement read.
