Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has finally shared his view on the ‘E-Levy’.

Some months ago, Ghana’s Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta hinted at the introduction of the E-Levy.

Users of Mobile Money Services were to pay 1.75 per cent on transactions exceeding GHS 100.

Though the E-Levy bill has not been passed yet, a lot of debates have come up.

When he was asked about what he thinks about the payment of E-Levy in a post sighted by Zionfelix.net, Sarkodie replied that it will be right if there is an avenue to make money like he is making outside the country.

He wrote: “I pay a lot of taxes outside and I don’t complain because I’m using avenues they made available to make Money…( it’s only right ) it’s not same here and that’s why we complain not because the “E Levy” is bad . When you broke, a harmless “good morning “ can sound like a tease.”
