The Azonto dance and songs became the trend back in 2012 and it really made Ghana a very popular country in the world.

Sadly, the whole trend died down later on until Sarkcess Music boss, Sarkodie tried to bring it back in December last year with his “Year of Return” banger.

Well, Sarkodie is at it again and this time fronting another massive movement to bring the Azonto grove back into the Ghanaian music space and I must say, it is shaping up pretty well.

The #bringbackAZONTO is currently trending number two of the Ghanaian Twitter space because the multiple award-winning rapper has decided to bless the song of any musician, be it an up and coming act or an established act for free, once it is an azonto vibe.
