As of 2010, Kasoa was reported to be one of the fastest growing communities in West Africa.
With this statistics, Akoo Nana believed this is the right time to come together as the youth of Kasoa to empower the young ones to become entrepreneurial and take education and developmental activities seriously as opposed to engaging activities that affect the society negatively.
In this vein, Akoo Nana Homecoming and Money Making Movement group was successfully launched on 27th January 2018 at Remy’s Lodge.
The event which started with a convoy had over 150 bikes, 80 cars and thousands of people in Kasoa to welcome the Agro Hene, Akoo Nana. The Chief of Kasoa and his Chiefs were all present to welcome Akoo Nana back home at launched the Money Making Movement (MMM), a youth group that seeks to empower the youth and to create job opportunities among the youth.
The MP of Kasoa Honourable Hawa Kumsin, the MCE and Gomua East MP where also there to support Akoo Nana at Remy’s Lodge.
Akoo Nana took the opportunity to also launch his new EP Album called ‘Daawa’.
