A member of the defunct SM Militants, Natty Lee has said Shatta Wale has not written any song for him.

Speaking in an interview with ZionFelix on the ‘Uncut’ Show, Natty Lee revealed he mostly writes his songs in his room before he even goes to the studio of Shatta Wale.

According to him, the songs were being mastered at the studio of Shatta Wale and all his vocals are being recorded at a mini studio he has in his house.

Natty Lee stressed Shatta has no hand in his personal songs.

When pressed on Shatta Wale not contributing in the songs that he featured them, Natty Lee admitted he sometimes guide them on how he wants things to go.

The ‘Olympics’ composer revealed his former boss had written a line of some of the songs he featured them [Militants] and asked them to continue while emphasizing on how they should do it.

Natty Lee inclined he is a good musician capable of writing his own songs.

After Shatta Wale labelled the Militants as Lazy Artistes, Natty Lee told ZionFelix in this interview that he [Shatta] has a way of seeing things—and since they were in a group, he sometimes generalizes issues when one member does something.

He added that he was hurt when Shatta Wale tagged them as lazy artistes.

Natty Lee was featured on Shatta Wale’s ‘Forgetti’ and ‘Chacha’ together with the Militants.
