Multiple Award Winning dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr has released his address on the state of the entertainment industry.
A few days after the musician returned from Miami, he announced that he will address the nation on the state of the music industry.

Today, he released the full video of the address on his YouTube channel.
In the address, Shatta Wale recounted some encounters he had with investors and stakeholders in the entertainment business while abroad.
He said some of the questions he was asked at these meetings came as a shock to him. For instance, Shatta said he was asked what kind of music Ghanaians produce.

The “Blow Up” hitmaker called on his colleague players in the industry to settle on a genre which Ghana can identify with globally in order to bring in investors.
He also advised Ghanaian musicians to take the music business seriously. He admonished artistes to invest in educating themselves in order to monetize their talents.
