Ghanaian Highlife legend, Kojo Antwi has been honored with a key to the City of Worcester in the US.

The event, which took place on Saturday, August 5th, 2023, marked a significant recognition of Kojo Antwi’s remarkable contributions to music, culture, and the promotion of unity.

The ceremony was a star-studded affair, attended by distinguished guests and fans alike.

Among the luminaries present was Ghanaian Chief Nana Sompahene, known by his birth name Mr. Maxwell Agyemfra, who graced the event with his regal presence.

The charismatic gathering also welcomed the esteemed three-time two-division world boxing champion, Jose Antonio Rivera, demonstrating the cross-cultural impact and universal admiration that Kojo Antwi’s music has fostered.

“I am truly honored to receive this Key to the City, and I am immensely grateful to Mayor Joseph M. Petty and the people of Worcester for this recognition,” Antwi remarked.
