Sarkodie via his social media platforms announced on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, that he was gearing up for a concert in the UK as part of activities to celebrate Ghana’s 66th Independence Day.
The CEO of Sarkcess Music disclosed that he was putting this concert together in partnership with the music group called the Compozers.

Well, the tickets to the concerts went live today, Thursday, February 3, 2023, and in less than ten minutes all the tickets were sold out.
Sarkodie shared screenshots showing that the tickets were sold out and added that they have added more tickets because of the demand.

The independence concert is slated for Sunday, March 5, 2023, at the Outternet London.
