Gospel musician Samuel Opoku known publicly as Bro Sammy will be honoured this Sunday, July 2 at the maiden edition of Africa Gold Awards.
The awards organised by the United Nations Economics and Social Council together with Africa Heroes Foundation is expected to award several Ghanaian personalities whose enormous work towards the development of the country cannot be underestimated. In the creative arts industry, the organisation shortlisted actress Emelia Brobbey and Bro Sammy for the award.
Other renowned personalities in Ghana who are expected to receive the prestigious award include Presiding Archbishop and General Overseer of the Action Chapel International ministry, Nicholas Duncan-Williams, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah, The Chief Executive Officers of Joy Industries Limited Herbal Doctor Manfred and Harrison Tetteh, Dr. Kwaku Oteng and many others.
Africa Gold Awards is organised to reward entrepreneurs, pastors and traditional rulers.
