SM4lfy boss Shatta Wale seems to have dropped a hint about what necessitated his unnecessary fight with Stonebwoy at the VGMAs which came off on May 18 at the Accra International Conference Center.

The “My Level” hitmaker took to his various social media handles to state that people should not play with lions like him because they react angrily when they see their blood. Shatta Wale posted; “Don’t play with a lion like that …. He dislikes to smell blood !!!”.

The said confusion between the two ensued when Stonebwoy was declared the winner of the Reggae Dancehall Artist of the year.

Shatta Wale decided to unconventionally walk onto the stage to supposedly congratulate Stonebwoy for taking the coveted award. The decision which was not the best from all indications saw the bodyguards of the two engage in some tussle on the stage.

Stonebwoy also surprisingly pulled out a gun on stage but was calmed down by his fans.
