The sorrowful actress who shared her agony on Accra-based Adom FM when speaking to Mike 2 on the station’s entertainment show claimed the producer after three years has failed to hand over her car prize for winning the reality show. Miss Boateng revealed that Nakwados on the day of the grand finale hosted by actress Mercy Asiedu gave her a car key in the presence of the audience who attended the event but took it back after she had taken pictures by the Toyota Camry car with the excuse that papers for the car were not ready.
According to the actress, the producer and organiser of the Ghana Movie Star 2015 promised to give her the car days later but all efforts to retrieve the car for the past three years have yielded no positive results.
Vida Boateng, mother of the actress speaking on the issue also alleged that Nakwados called her weekly to demand money to vote for their daughter on their behalf. She continued that she used to send him Gh1000 to Gh1500 each week for the voting to be done in order to help her daughter win the reality show. Madam Vida further said she sent such amount to the organiser of the reality show for three months and she strongly believes that helped her daughter to win the event.
Father of the young actress, Agya Boateng also telling his side of the story accused Nakwados of taking Gh5000 from him on the day of the grand finale after his daughter won the event. He explained that the GH5000 was given to the producer after he told them that they needed to pay a commission on the car their daughter won after being crowned Ghana Movie Star 2015.
Nakwados on his side denied all allegations level against him and dared the actress and her family to sue him if they believe they have a case.
