There can never be a public event without slay queens showing up to mark themselves present with their heavy makeups and expensive outfits.
Most actresses decline the slay queen tag but fast-rising actress AJ Poundz has boldly admitted that she is a member of the association. The moviemaker real name Matilda Adjoa Densu in a conversation with Zionfelix.net at the launch of MzGee’s “Gee Spot” at Joy Prime confessed that she is a proud slay queen and she is not shy to announce it.
According to her, Ghanaians have given the wrong definition to the title because she believes a slay queen is not a lady who is all over the place but “a lady who wants to flaunt how beautiful she looks inside and out but not just her makeups and shoes.”
She added that Ghana also has Slay Kings in the country and she named Stephen Appiah, Toosweet Annan, and Kojo Rana as they slay kings she knows.
Asked about the amount of money she splashed on the makeup she made for the day, the actress and video vixen revealed that it was not that expensive. A.J Poundz disclosed that she did not pay anything close to Gh200 for her makeup for that faithful day.
