The screen diva who had a secret wedding ceremony in 2016 told Zionfelix.net in a conversation on July 1 during her yearly ‘July For Love’ activity that she had a secret wedding and has internationally kept it from the public and the media. Giving reasons for not announcing her big day to the world before and after the reunion, the actress who seems quiet revealed that she wanted her marriage to be a private issue.
Gifty Asante who was not willing to give much information about the wedding ceremony made it known that her husband is not a Ghanaian. She also told Zionfelix.net the two met outside the shores of Ghana when she traveled to purchase goods.
Gifty after two years of marriage added that she has not given birth because she is still in school. The “Devil in a dress” actress added that she will deliver when done with school in 2019.
Gifty Asante led July borns to share drinks and other items to students of Islamic School at Fadam on July 1 this year as part of “July For Love” activities, an initiative she birthed in 2017.
Gifty Asante is best remembered for her roles in movies like Kalybos in China, “Onifranii Asem” and many others.
