In the wake of the ban placed on churches in Ghana not to congregate as a measure to reduce the ways by which the deadly coronavirus can spread in the country, many of the pastors in the country have adopted diverse ways to get to their members.
Using various social media platforms to preach to their members virtually is one of the innovative strategies most preachers have adopted.

Another thing which has generated a lot of discussions is the decision by some preachers to collect church offertory and tithe from their members through various mobile money transfer forms and bank accounts.
Well, it turns it is not only the everyday Ghanaian who is abhorred by this ‘innovation’.

The founder/ leader of In Him Is Life Church International, who also doubles as the C.E.O of OPFA Group of Companies, Prophet Isaac Opoku has also lashed out real hard at such preachers.
In an exclusive interview with Zionfelix on the ‘Uncut’ show, he described all the supposed big-name prophets and pastors who are using this ay to take money from their members as very greedy.
He also quoted portions of the scripture to state that what they are doing to their members in this time of sorrow as unbiblical.
