Multiple award-winning Ghanaian musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, who is popularly called Shatta Wale has deactivated his X page.

The boss of Shatta Movement took the surprising action in the early hours of Wednesday, December 27, 2023, and happily came to Facebook to announce that he was finally done with X.

According to a video he shared online after he took the action, Shatta Wale explained that he felt most of the users of X are not sensible enough.

The “On God” hitmaker made the point that all these users mostly care about iw unless agenda that hardly adds anything valuable to the Ghanaian entertainment industry.

He added that final thing that caused him to deactivate his account that currently has over 3.5. million followers was the useless calls some Ghanaian X users who claim to be leading voices on the app that Nigerian’s should take to their accounts and wish Afua Asantewaa well in her singathon which is currently going on because some Ghanaians did same when Hilda Baci was doing her cookathon.

Speaking in an angry tone while he was in a dark room, Shatt Wale emphactically stated that the calls were useless for which he feels it was time to leave the X platform.
