Ghanaian Dancehall artiste Livingstone Etse Satekla popularly known as Stonebwoy has responded to critics who claim he hurriedly recorded his currently most anticipated song titled 1GAD because Shatta Wale released 1 Don.
The multiple award winning singer and “My Name” hitmaker has been gearing up for the release of his new song for months now keeping his fan salivating.
Just before Stonebwoy could think about releasing the track, his longtime rival and friend Shatta Wale dropped his hit song 1 Don which has got the streets jamming for weeks now.
Following the release of 1 Don, Stonebwoy has been met with accusations of trying to stay relevant by recording 1GAD just because Shataa Wale’s 1 Don was making waves.
Known for having his own distinct way of responding to critics without saying much, Stonebwoy has fired back at his critics in a video sighted by zionfelix.net.
The “Activate” singer revealed that he recorded 1GAD a year ago precisely in January 2020. He even points to a witness, Streetbeatgh who can corroborate his story, sending a clear indication that claims that he recorded 1GAD because of 1 Don are untrue.
