The video which has the military man almost shotting a guy who is said to be a resident of Tafo in Kumasi has left many people shocked.
The soldier nearly killed the guy after he was landed a slap by the guy for hitting him a couple of times with the belt he was holding because he had defied the partial lockdown rules.
