The president of the Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO), Rex Omar in a recent interview on 3FM gave his full backing to the indefinite ban served on top Ghanaian musicians Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale for disrupting the twentieth edition of the VGMA last year.

Rex Omar also in that viral interview added that the two musicians are not bigger than the awards scheme and as such their absence will not be any problem at all.

In reacting to this statement of Rex Omar On Happy FM’s ‘Showbiz Xtra’ show hosted by Dr. Cann, Mr. Logic revealed he is very disappointed in his big brother and president of GHAMRO for making such remarks.

According to him, that remark was in very bad taste.

Mr. Logic also alleged that Rex Omar made those remarks as part of their broad scheme to see the end of the Dancehall genre in Ghana, stressing that the ploy will not work because they will do everything in their power to thwart their plans.
