Tagoe Sisters, a Ghanaian Gospel music duo, have made a confession.

They confessed to taking alcohol in an interview on Joy Prime, sighted by Zionfelix.net.

The veteran Gospel musicians, however, revealed they have put a stop to it, looking at its implications.

“We used to take it but it makes you dehydrated and that doesn’t help the system. And we’re growing too. Even sometimes when they call you to sing, you might end up forgetting the song. You’ll be singing the first stanza and before you realize you’re mixing it with the second,” they disclosed.

Tagoe Sisters further talked about the negative effects of excessive alcohol intake and advised everyone to stay away from it.

“Some doctors advise certain individuals to take something like red wine, but some take it in excess and it becomes troublesome…for us, we don’t want any trouble because as the Bible said, alcohol can be destructive…sometimes when you take it you behave like someone without manners, so it’s best to stay away, ” they further said.
