On the 25th of January, zionfelix.net broke the news about the sudden death of actor Eddie Nartey’s wife which sent shock waves through the entertainment industry. Looking back into time, we recount some revelations the late Vida Nartey made about her relationship with the actor before their marriage and how far they’ve come.

Speaking in an interview together with the husband, Mrs. Nartey recalled that she was friends with Eddie Nartey. Their friendship got them exchanging pleasantries until she left the country. Abroad, Vida said she interacted with Eddie on phone a lot of times, a favor the actor equally returned her.

Vida spoke about her trust issues when they were getting along. She revealed that she didn’t believe everything the actor and movie producer told her most at times because most of the entertainment industry players do dissapoint ladies after promising them heaven on earth.

After several conversations, Eddie’s late wife said she felt her husband was the male version of her because she could relate to many things he told her. She decided to give the relationship a try although she still had trust issues especially when she was abroad at the time and Eddie was in Ghana.

Vida revealed tthat Eddie was an amazing partner and he didn’t have to try so hard to look caring. She recounted how he told her one day that she will do anything to marry her to put her fears about showbiz relationships to shame.

Looking into the future at the time, Vida believed that her husband who is a movie producer and an actor will become Ghana’s Tyler Perry. She never lived to see this dream materialised as her husband broke the sad news of her demise yesterday, after 2 years of their sweet marriage. May her soul rest in peace!
