ZionFelix Gets First Nominations As A Musician With “Kumerica”

After grabbing multiple awards as a blogger, ZionFelix has set another record.

The renowned YouTuber and social media marketer earned two nominations at the 2020 edition of Ashanti Music Awards with his ‘Kumerica’ song which featured hiplife star-Reggie Rockstone, Lilwin, Amerado, Ypee, Brenya, Yaa Jackson, Oseikrom Sikanii, Rap Fada and Phaize.

The ‘Kumerica’ song was nominated in the Hip-hop song of Ashanti and Best collaboration of Ashanti categories.

As it stands now, ZionFelix is the only blogger in Ghana who has earned a nomination as a musician.

ZionFelix’s ‘Kumerica’ song has a great potential to be mentioned as the winner from these categories as it flaunts the positive vibes in Kumasi now christened Kumerica.

Both the audio and visuals of the song had a huge number of streams following its release.

Nominees of the 2020 Ashanti Music Awards were unveiled at a ceremony in Kumasi on Saturday, October 31, 2020.
