Actor turned politician, John Dumelo, has shown massive resolve to register for the new voters’ register by being the first person to arrive at the registration center in his constituency.
The NDC candidate for the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency made history by being the first person to get to the registration center. He got there at exactly 10:35pm.
Prior to the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections in Ghana on December 7, it has become necessary for a new voters’ register. The registration commences today, June 30, 2020.
But renowned actor and politician John Dumelo who is working tirelessly to win the Ayawaso West Wuogon seat come December 7 could not wait for the cock to crow as he got there the night before.
In a picture sighted on Dumelo’s social media page, he was seen seated comfortably on a bench alone with all indications that it was dark per the background.
He captioned the photo: “First to queue at 10:35pm yesterday…… it’s a great time to be a voter in Ayawaso West. #idey4u #letsgetregistered #timenodey”.
