Actor Mr Beautiful has chastised Agya Koo and other Ghanaian celebrities who campaigned for Nana Akufo Addo.
Known in private life as Clement Bonney, the actor eulogized himself as the trailblazer of a celebrity publicly declaring support for a political party in Ghana.
He recalled the threat he received after he campaigned for Ex-President John Mahama and NDC in the 2012 elections in Ghana.
Mr Beautiful told ZionFelix in an interview that Ghanaians benefited from infrastructure development by the Mahama administration.
However, he said the same cannot be said about the ruling NPP government led by President Akufo Addo.
In this vein, Mr Beautiful stated that Agya Koo, Matilda Asare, Kalybos and other celebrities who campaigned for Nana Addo in the previous elections should be ashamed of themselves.
Looking at the hardship in Ghana, he said Agya Koo and the other celebrities should cover themselves with veils following their campaign.
Mr Beautiful also blamed the NPP government for the collapse of the Ghanaian movie industry.
