In a satement released, renowned Ghanaian musician Akwaboah announced the unfortunate cancellation of his highly anticipated Shades of Love concert, which has come to be an annual Valentine’s Day concert that has captivated fans for the past six years.

The event, which has become synonymous with Valentine’s celebrations, was initially scheduled for February 14th, 2024.

Expressing deep regret, Akwaboah explained that after careful consideration, the decision to cancel this year’s concert became unavoidable.

The artist emphasized his commitment to delivering an unparalleled experience to his fans, stating, “When it became evident that we cannot deliver what you have come to expect at the Shades of Love concert, the choice was obvious. It is always my wish to give you the best experience because you deserve the best.
Despite the cancellation, Akwaboah assured his fans that he would keep them updated on future concerts and tours planned for the rest of the year.

He added that he remains committed to providing quality entertainment experiences that meet the high expectations of his devoted audience.
