Former skipper of Ghana’s senior men’s football team, Asamoah ‘Baby Jet’ Gyan together with his brother, Baffour Gyan, his manager Anim Addo, and other members of his team embarked on a massive street awareness campaign against the deadly coronavirus disease today.
It will be recalled that a few days ago, the sensational national icon shared a video and called on other public figures and well-meaning Ghanaians to help government’s efforts that are geared at minimizing the spread of the disease which has already killed three in the country because the state couldn’t do it alone.
Well, he decided to put her words into action today, March 27 as he stepped into the streets of Mallam Gbawe.
Asamoah Gyan and his team did two great things on their campaign.
They made sure that they offered quality education to the people they came into contact with about how they can be safe in this dangerous time and topped it with some free protective items the people can use against the disease.
