The Black Beauty Africa Award (BBAA) and the Miss Black Beauty Africa ( MBAA) was launched yesterday (29th June ’17) at the British Council.
The Ceremony, which saw the likes of celebrity model, Victoria Michaels gracing it was to announce to the media the purpose and idea behind the BBAA and MBAA.
Chairperson and CEO of the MBAA and BBAA, Zino Lexili Ogazi educated the media on the Award and Pageant Show and why they Chose Esi (GMB 15), Chidera okolie , Princess Shyngle and Eman Sinare as Brand and Goodwill Ambassadors.
The Basic aim of this Project is to encourage young women to accept and be proud of their dark skin and most importantly to shun the idea of Bleaching amongst the youth.
The Pageantry would also promote cultures of 10 countries across Africa.
The MBAA registration forms would be open from the 15th of July for 100 cedis available at all the major Malls in Accra and the British Council with the grand finale of both Award ceremony and pageant at the

The Pageant is opened to African young girls between 18-26 years of age with a 1000 Us Dollar price , Electronics, contracts & other consolidation prices up for grabs and the prestige of being MBAA ambassador.
