Slay Queen, a tag that has been used to describe many social media celebrities in Ghana for their consistent display of some wicked fashion sense that people find very irritating is one, up and coming actress, Christabel Amoabing (one of the cast in popular TV series, Yolo) has vehemently rejected.

According to her, she is too decent and cultured to be tagged as a slay queen. Speaking with Zionfelix on the ‘Uncut’ show, Christabel revealed that the clothes she wears are ones she loves to put on not with the intention to slay for any cameras as people who love the tag of being a slay queen proudly do.

When asked if her comments that she is too decent to be called a slay queen meant that the ladies who are associated with the particular tag are indecent, Christabel replied with a laugh and failed to give a verbal confirmation of any sort. Anyway, silence they say means consent.

Christabel aside featuring in YOLO is also a cast of TV3’s Sadia series.
