Ghanaian businessman, Chairman Wontumi has submitted his bid to buy Chelsea Football Club.
Chelsea is up for sale. News about this has been widely reported.
Chairman Wontumi, who is the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, submitted his bid in a letter to Chelsea sighted by Zionfelix.net.
His bid for the purchase of the UK-based club is 3.1 billion dollars.
