Comedian, Derrick Kobina Bonney, well known as DKB, has replied to Prince David Osei’s post about cedi appreciation.

Prince was happy about the performance of the cedi against the dollar.

He stated that the economy is gradually getting back to normal.

After revealing his happiness, he announced his decision not to demonstrate against the government as vowed some months ago.

The actor wrote: “Hallelujah the Cedi is appreciating remarkably. 9.56ghc to a 1$.. No more demonstrations 😀😀 remember I gave an ultimatum for December!! The economy is gradually getting back on track!! Now we need to see the effect in our daily lives, goods and services.. God bless 🇬🇭❤️.”

But DKB has a different thought when replying to his post.

He stated that the exchange rate reduction should correlate with food and fuel prices.

DKB replied: “A reducing exchange rate with no correlating reduction on food prices and fuel prices is useless.”
