On Tuesday, February 28, 2023, news broke about the sad passing of the three-month-old child of famous Kumawood actor, Ebenezer Akwesi Antwi, who is well-known as Dr. Likee or Ras Nene.

The news got online after some of Dr. Likee’s colleagues in the movie industry like Komfo Kolege aka Digital Komfo, and colleague Kyinkyinaa Twaan were seen in a teary video revealing how the baby died.

The actors at the time they broke the news had joined Dr. Likee at his home to mourn with him and help him to lay the baby to rest.

After months of being silent on the heartbreaking news, the multi-talented actor finally broke his silence when he spoke to award-winning Ghanaian blogger/vlogger, Zionfelix at the funeral of Poleeno recently.

Speaking for the first time, Dr. Likee disclosed that he felt very devastated and heartbroken when his baby who had been in the world for just three months passed away.

He added that ever since the baby died, he has not been his usual self because he feels very bad whenever someone gives his/her child to him for a photo to be taken.

Dr. Likee went on to add that despite all the difficulties he sometimes goes through, he has learned to move on because his belief is that in this life certain things happen for a reason.
