Ghanaian singer and songwriter, Mildred Ashong, popularly known as Eazzy, has downplayed the jinx at Lynx Entertainment.
There is a perception that artistes who leave Lynx Entertainment fails to sustain their careers—and end up having dead music careers.
When asked about this perception in a tweet sighted by Zionfelix.net, the former Lynx Entertainment artiste believed otherwise.
Answering the question, the ‘Wengeze’ singer said her biggest earning hit was after she left Lynx Entertainment.
She claimed her song ‘Forever’, which was released in 2016, earned her more revenue.
“My biggest earning hit was after the label #Forever,” Eazzy wrote.
The music careers of Chemphe, Chase Forever, Asem, Dr. Slim, Zigi and others have not been the same following their exit from Lynx Entertainment.
Recently, MzVee, who also left the label expressed her hopefulness of being successful despite the stories surrounding artistes who leave Lynx Entertainment.
Kuami Eugene also revealed what might account for the failure of these artistes in a recent interview published by Zionfelix.net.
