The family of late dancehall artiste, Ebony has threatened to drag Bechem Hospital to court over a video circulating which has the image of the corpse of their daughter and Franky, a friend of the songstress who died with her in the fatal accident.
A horror video of the two dead bodies at the mortuary went viral on Tuesday, February 27 which made many Ghanaians angry. Critics who watched the video strongly talked against the act and requested that the hospital and mortuary men who were involved in the act be brought to book.
Sammy Flex, host of Zylofon FM morning show on Wednesday pronounced that family of the deceased has said they will take legal actions against Bechem Hospital where the sad incident happened. According to the presenter, Nana Poku Kwarteng, father of the late musician told his producer, Mr. Massive that the family wants to give the dead a befitting burial before tackling other matters.
Ebony died in a fatal accident on February 8 with two others on the Sunyani-Kumasi road when returning from Sunyani after a family visit. The ‘Maame Hwe’ songstress goes home on March 17 this year.
Before the horrific video on Tuesday, Zionfelix.net reported that the family had also threatened to bring a suit against Founder and leader of the True Fire Prophetic Ministry (TFPWM), Prophet Nigel Gaisie for calling the Ruff Town Records/Midas Touch artiste a chronic lesbian.
