Sensation Ghanaian singer, Jacqueline Acheampong, popularly called Gyakie in showbiz circles was in Nigeria last week for a video shoot of her remix to ‘Forever’, which features Nigerian singer, Omah Lay.
During her six-day stay in Nigeria, Gyakie was also seen with Nigerian singer and songwriter, Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel, known professionally as Mayorkun.
The photos of the two musicians linking up beautifully got a lot of the lovers of the Sony Music signed singer speculating that she was probably going to drop a song with him sooner than later.
Well, in an exclusive chat with Zion Felix on her return to Ghana, the KNUST level 400 Business School student revealed that it is true that she worked with Mayorkun.
Gyakie disclosed that their project will soon be released for music lovers to enjoy it.
She further disclosed that she had a little studio time with the “For You” hitmaker, Teni and that already they have agreed on a collaboration when she gets to come to Ghana soon.
