Efia Odo does not see the need for the National Cathedral to be constructed.

As Accra and some parts of the country are being flooded, she said no amount of prayers can solve it.

She stated in a Twitter post that the building of the National Cathedral was not a smart move.

The outspoken socialite added that Ghanaians voted for President Akufo-Addo to make better decisions.

Efia Odo tweeted: “Mr. President, I don’t think building a national cathedral was a smart move. Every time it rains the country sinks. No amount of prayers and worship will solve it. We need proper structures. Ghanaians urge you to make better decisions. After all, they put you in power!”

A section of Ghanaians has spoken against the building of the Cathedral.
