Ghanaian gospel singer, Dr Patience Aseweh Abor, otherwise known as Wegeiwor has put smiles on the faces of children and women in Dogninga-Yapaala community.

Wegeiwor through her ExGlo Foundation made a significant impact in the lives of the children of Doninga-Yipaala Primary School after dinning, winning and spearheading memorable fun games which took place on December 26, 2019.

She also donated clothing to the community and assured them her readiness to continue this kind gesture.

The latest donation makes it the third time of continuous service to the community since 2017. In 2018, she distributed educational materials to the pupils of Doninga-Yipaala Primary school in the Builsa South District of the Upper East Region of Ghana.

“They came with expectations and we trusted god to meet them. They were fed, entertained and carried cloths home. Our job was complete. Thanks for all the donors and volunteers of the ExGlo Foundation. God bless us all,” Wegeiwor stated.

Over the years the gospel singer who is also a senior lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School has proven how the wellbeing, education and healthcare of the people, most especially children and women in in the Savanna regions of Ghana are dear to her heart.

The meaning of ExGlo Foundation was given as “Extending God’s love”.
