Kelvyn Boy has said there is no way he will challenge his Godfather, Stonebwoy.
After releasing his song ‘MoMo’ on the same date that Stonebwoy’s ‘Anloga Junction’ album was released, Kelvyn Boy has defended his action.
Speaking in an interview with Nana Romeo on Accra FM which was monitored by Zionfelix.net, Kelvyn disclosed his action was not to challenge or compete with Stonebwoy.
The former Burniton Music artiste stated he has never thought of competing with Stonebwoy.
He explained the date was given to him for the release of the song when he uploaded the song on online music distribution platforms.
Kelvyn Boy emphasized that he posted Stoneboy’s album on his social media pages before he even shared the link of his ‘MoMo’ song.
He added that there is nothing wrong for musicians to release songs on the same date.
No matter what, Kelvyn believes the name Stonebwoy will always be around him.
He was also hopeful that there is time for everyone and his time will surely come.
