Veteran gospel musician Mike Awotwe Quainoo known by the stage name Blind Messiah, has opened up about his financial predicaments in an exclusive interview with Zionfelix.
While speaking to Zionfelix on Zionfelix Uncut, Blind Messiah indicated that life was currently rough and tough for him owing to the happenings in present times.
According to him, he is currently out of job but has the responsibility of taking care of his three children – one boy and two ladies.
Blind Messiah said the situation was so bad that he sometimes had to make phone calls to friends and other people before they could get their daily bread.
While speaking passionately about his predicament, he said the COVID-19 had also caused a lot of harm to his line of work because he used to be visiting churches where he would perform for some money but now all that had been cancelled.

Speaking about how he gets by, Mr Quainoo said his kids were in school but his current situation was a bit threatening to their education. He added that 2 of his chidren were not being charged fees for a while but things had changed.
He went on to say that his wife was now the breadwinner of the family and that if it had not been for her, their situation would have been worse off.
Blind Messiah said he was currently facing accommodation issues as well and put out his momo number for donations from people who were touched by his story.
