Ghanaian marriage and relationship expert, Counsellor Lutterodt has said it’s wrong for men to celebrate their wives on mother’s day.

He argued that the day is to be used to celebrate their mothers and not wives.

Counsellor Lutterodt made this statement in an interview with Halifax Ansah Addo on Okay FM’s ‘Best Entertainment’ program which was monitored by Zionfelix.net.

The outspoken counsellor said he has been making some observations for eight (8) years now before concluding on this.

When the host, Halifax interjected that wives deserve to be celebrated since they are the mothers of the house, Counsellor Luttterodt stood by his earlier assertion.

He added that if wives are to be celebrated for taking care of their children, then baby sitters have to be celebrated on this day too—because they take care of the children when the mother is not available.
