The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has opened nominations for both presidential and parliamentary candidates.
Following the opening of nominations, Ghanaian film director, Fred Nuamah showed interest in contesting at the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency.
A few days after this, defeated NDC parliamentary candidate, John Dumelo has also made his intentions known.

This will be the second time that the Ghanaian actor is eying this position at Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency.
In a flyer sighted by Zionfelix.net, John said he still ‘Dey’ for the people.
It will be an interesting contest between John Dumelo and Fred Nuamah. Delegates will decide on the forthcoming NDC primaries.
As the 2020 NDC parliamentary candidate, Mr Dumelo was defeated by NPP’s Lydia Seyram Alhassan.
